Karin Worthy
Karin teaches gentle vinyasa flow classes that use breath with movement to help improve student’s concentration and flexibility, strengthen their body, reduce stress and achieve a sense of balance. She also teaches chair yoga and can also provide 1-2-1 yoga therapy tuition for those with specific health problems.

Aga Waszkielis
Aga trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to teach pilates for ante-natal, post-natal and general pilates classes and believes that everyone of any age can benefit from both structured exercises, and that pilates is a great way to become stronger and fitter. She is qualified in sports rehabilitation, and specialises in treating musculoskeletal injuries focusing on the root cause of the pain not just the symptoms, enabling her clients to reach their maximum potential and teaching them how to prevent further injury.

is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, a certified Yoga for Scoliosis and Restorative Yoga Teacher. She is passionate about helping people to learn about their bodies and how to use yoga postures and techniques so they can feel in control, empowered and live a pain-free life. Christine teaches our Calming the Mind class.

Nicole Mackintosh
Nicole is an experienced yoga teacher with a love of music and adventure, both of which are reflected in her classes. She teaches vinyasa, yin, yin yang and meditation and has trained across a variety of styles and techniques. Her classes are influenced by her passion for fluidity and creativity in life, she enjoys teaching across all levels, from beginners to advanced, young to old, believing that yoga is 100% for everyone.

Kim Peacock
Kim fell in love with Yoga and Meditation in 2002 as a result of a deepening connection to herself and life as a whole and qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2004. Kim teaches from her heart within a warm and compassionate space sharing her personal experience and passion for movement and mindfulness. Kim believes Yoga and Meditation should be accessible to everyone and her aim is to support you to live a mindful life, with clarity, calm and deep connection. Kim discovered the benefits of Yoga to be physically, mentally and energetically immense, therefore inspiring her to study to become a Yoga Teacher with The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Bahamas in 2004. Kim has also studied with The Power Yoga Company London and is enjoying her own Yoga path studying an array of traditions.

Oxana El-cherbini
Oxana is an APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) certified Pilates instructor. She has completed a Comprehensive Matwork Instructor Programme (APPI) and does regular CPD training courses specific for different areas of the body.
Her Pilates classes are for all levels and body types. Through her gentle class, become more aware of body alignment and deepen your understanding of nuances of the movements to gain the fullest effect and most enjoyment.

Victoria is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and a Gong sound healing practitioner. Her spiritual journey has taken her across Europe, India, Peru and LA. She has taught and learnt alongside some of the world’s most renowned spiritual teachers and nurtured her craft. Victoria’s intention in teaching is to give you confidence to follow your truth and help you master the art of self-love. Victoria teaches our Kundalini Yoga class.

Szilvia is passionate about creating a balanced and holistic lifestyle for everyone in the busy, stressful and competitive world that we live in. Since her training as a Psychologist, her main areas of interest have been the life changes surrounding pregnancy, adjustment to parenthood, and the effects of stress on physical health. Having had three children of her own, her passion for alternative therapies led her to become a Homeopath and a Yoga teacher.

Diana Robertson
Diana enjoys teaching across a range of levels including intermediate, and draws on her knowledge of dance and yoga to inform and enrich her classic Pilates training. She is a firm believer that we should all find enjoyment and fun in our choice of exercise!

Sue Turner
Sue began her yoga journey after serious illness made her re-evaluate her lifestyle and find ways to help reduce the stress in her life. She found the therapeutic effects of yoga taught to her over many years by her teacher and mentor Colin Victor-Dunsmuir in the classical T. Krishnamacharya tradition extremely beneficial in helping to cope with the challenging demands of daily living. This approach led her to want to learn more about yoga and she undertook a foundation course under the tutelage of Colin, continuing thereafter with a 4-year teacher training course. She is certified by both the British Wheel of Yoga and The Society of Yoga Practitioners and is also registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Lena is an ex-dancer and a qualified APPI mat Pilates instructor. She has been teaching Pilates for more than 15 years. “Pilates is dear to my heart. It made me completely free of low back pain and solved my sciatica. Mindfulness, being present in a moment, listening to my body is what made my life free of pain!” says Lena.

Gaia is a British Wheel of Yoga and the Yoga Alliance qualified teacher, who has trained at Triyoga under the guidance of Jeff Phenix, Susannah Hoffman and Carlos Pomeda. She has been practising Yoga for many years and is passionate about sharing the health benefits of Yoga and how it helps in everyday life.
