Yoga and Pilates classes run weekly on a regular timetable. Timetables correspond roughly with school terms.
Classes run all year round. You can start at any time.
You don't have to commit to a regular class if this is difficult for you, and you won't fall behind if you have to miss a class or two - you work at your own pace. Beginners are very welcome. We help you learn and progress at your own pace.

Core Strength and Starting Yoga classes on Tuesdays will now be held at the Old Cranleighan Club, Portsmouth Rd, Thames Ditton - from the Scilly Isles roundabout, continue straight along A307 (Portsmouth Road). The Old Cranleighan Club is 600 yards on the left, immediately after the long railway bridge.
The Sunday 10.45 Enjoying Yoga classes will not run on one Sunday each month, because of a teacher training course taking place on these days. Please check with Reception regarding dates - email email@example.com
