Try two classes and decide afterwards if you'd like to join.
Yoga and Pilates classes run weekly on a regular timetable. Timetables correspond roughly with school terms. You can join at any time during the term. Beginners are very welcome.
You don't have to commit to a regular class if this is difficult for you, and you won't fall behind if you have to miss a class or two - you work at your own pace.
Your membership lets you come to classes or courses at both studios.

6 week courses at our Surbiton studio are ideal for beginners or for concentrating on a particular aspect of your practice. The structured courses allow you to learn and apply the techniques more thoroughly in order to gain maximum benefit.
