What Needs Changing in your Life?

We all have habits…some can be helpful….some can be unhelpful……changing the way we think, feel and behave is something we can all do but sometimes it can be difficult to do it on our own.The unconscious mind is amazingly powerful and drives 90% of our behaviour. When a problem occurs there is usually a programming error in the unconscious.  In a session with me we would identify what needs to change for you to achieve the goal you want to achieve lasting change. What can I help you with? The simple answer is anything! Anything that is getting in the way of you living your life in the way you want it can be worked with in sessions with me. If you think I can help at all or you are not sure and would like an informal chat, call me on 07867557477 or visit:

My treatments are always created with my clients’ needs on that particular day in mind and may include traditional full body oil massage, gentle Thai Yoga stretches or pulsing.

I am fully insured and a member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Bowen Therapy & Holistic Massage with Lauren Rinaldi

Lauren practises Holistic Massage and the Bowen Technique, a gentle, non-manipulative therapy that stimulates the body’s own natural healing process. Bowen Therapy utilises light, yet precise rolling 'moves' at specific sites on the body, (on muscles, tendons, ligaments or nerves) to deliver signals to the nervous system. These signals stimulate a healing response encouraging the body to return to its natural state of balance and wellbeing.

Bowen may be beneficial for everyone from newborn babies to the elderly and very sick, as well as sports people and pregnant women.
